If you need to speak with somebody right away, the best thing to do is call the 800 number that is supplied. This will allow you to get in touch direct with a customer service rep without the wait. For most people, this is the option to consider if an immediate response is necessary.
Finally, some online casinos also have a “live help” option that you can use. Generally speaking, this is nothing more than an instant messenger program that will connect you to the customer service department. Much like using the telephone, when you use live help you will not have to wait to get an answer.
The bottom line is that a customer service team is in place to help you out when need be. If you are lucky you will never run into any problems, and in turn you will never have to get in touch with a customer service rep. But if you do need their help, there is nothing wrong with asking for it. They are there for a reason, and you might as well take advantage.
